-Project Manager

 Assist managing approximately $25M per year in international and domestic dry fertilizer blending and

conveying equipment projects. Project size ranges from $50K - $3M.

 Management duties include reviewing sales orders and project drawings, review existing building and

structure drawings, estimating, contract negotiations, cost tracking, contract and change management,

coordination meetings, etc.

 Developed and implemented a new company wide labor tracking program.

 Increased efficiency of the Sales Department with new Project review procedures and review forms.

 Implemented new Change Management procedures including the use of Change Orders.

 Review past projects and come up with procedures to promote cost savings.

 Receive in house Lean Manufacturing training from the Lake Land College Center for Business and

Industry.

 Created a new Sales Tracking form to track and predict yearly sales volumes increasing the efficiency of

material procurement and installation crew scheduling.

 Created a new Project Shipment and Installation Schedule using Microsoft Project which improves the

steel fabrication shop lead times and scheduling. This in turn allows the Shipping department to deliver

shipments early and install projects before the due date.
